We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including materials handling, stock management, and shipping and receiving activities. Duties

Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and manual handling techniques Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures Manage stock levels through accurate stocking and replenishment activities Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods Utilise mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary Handle materials safely, adhering to health and safety regulations Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment at all times Support construction-related tasks as required within the warehouse setting

Requirements

Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Proficiency in using forklift trucks (certification is advantageous) Strong materials handling skills, including heavy lifting and manual dexterity Mechanical knowledge or experience in construction is desirable for equipment maintenance tasks Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order processing Physical fitness to perform manual tasks throughout the shift duration
