28,044.72 (26,044.72 Basic + 2,000 PA Shift Premium)

Shift Patterns:

Rotating weekly across Days (06:00-14:00), Afternoons (14:00-22:00) and Nights (22:00-06:00)

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an essential part in our day-to-day operations. From goods-in and stock control to order picking and dispatch. You'll help ensure that every customer receives the right products on time, every time.

What will you do?

Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and picking lists. Inspect goods to ensure quality, correct quantities, and damage-free packaging. Unload and load vehicles safely, including containers and delivery vehicles. Maintain stock accuracy, assist with regular counts, and report any discrepancies. Support goods-in, goods-out, and replenishment activities as needed. Rotate stock effectively to ensure older items are used first. Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with all safety procedures.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred, not essential). Forklift licence (Counterbalance, Reach, Articulated/Bendi trucks) Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive, flexible attitude and team spirit. Good organisational and time-management skills. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
