Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized

Warehouse & Equipment Technician

to join our busy events team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining, preparing, and organizing all event equipment to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, basic maintenance abilities, and a commitment to ensuring equipment is ready for successful events.

Key Responsibilities:



Equipment Maintenance:

Inspect, clean, and perform basic repairs on equipment to ensure reliability and safety.

Inventory Management:

Track equipment inventory, restock consumables, and manage records of incoming and outgoing items.

Event Preparation:

Organize and prepare equipment for scheduled deliveries, ensuring all required items are ready and in excellent condition.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to optimize workflow.

Support Delivery Team:

Assist in loading and unloading equipment for deliveries when necessary.

Damage Reporting:

Identify and report damaged or missing items to management.

Process Improvement:

Develop systems to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory control.

Fork Lift Licence


Requirements:



Experience in warehouse management or a similar role (preferred). Basic repair and maintenance skills (mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment safely. Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Valid UK driving license (desirable but not essential).
