The Role



As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.

This is an opportunity to:

Develop your skills within a manufacturing warehouse environment.

Gain a strong understanding of stock control and production support.

Work closely with production, logistics, and warehouse colleagues.

What Will You Be Doing?



Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries.

Storing materials and products in designated locations.

Picking orders accurately, including raw materials for production.

Packing and preparing orders for dispatch to quality standards.

Completing internal stock transfers using handheld devices or systems.

Preparing shipments, labelling goods, and checking paperwork.

Assisting with loading outbound deliveries onto vehicles or containers.

Taking part in regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.

Operating forklifts, Combi Lift, or other warehouse equipment (where trained).

What Are We Looking For?



We are open to candidates with little or no warehouse experience, provided you have the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Equally, we welcome applications from experienced Warehouse Operatives looking for a role where they can continue to develop and be part of a supportive, long-term team.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity, and commitment to learning. Skills and experience can be developed with the right mindset.

You Might Bring Some of The Following:



Depending on your background, you may bring some (not necessarily all) of the following:

Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

A strong work ethic and good attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Sufficient English language skills to understand work instructions, health & safety procedures, and complete basic paperwork accurately.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Basic IT skills or experience using scanners or warehouse systems.

Forklift or Combi Lift licence (desirable but not essential - training can be provided).
