Warehouse Operative Required:

Full Time Permanent

As part of our continued market growth, Bellamianta is expanding our busy Dungannon facility.

Consequently, we are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team.

The ideal person for the role will have at least 1 years' experience working in a Warehouse/Stock Control/Logistics role within a similar busy environment. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative or as part of a team.

Essential Criteria:

Counterbalance Forklift training and certification is essential for the successful applicant.

Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment.

Basic computer/IT skills.

Key attributes required include good time keeping and work ethic, reliability, and ability to maintain a clean & tidy workspace.

Desirable Criteria:

Good accuracy skills.

Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.

Acute awareness of Health & Safety requirements; however, training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Using a forklift:
Receiving deliveries including offloading of pallets, receipt, and storage of filled goods and accessories.

Loading collection vehicles for delivery.

Fulfilling purchase orders for large retailers.

Replenishment of stock for the packing room to facilitate picking and packing of online customer orders.

Organising stock on racking etc. and maintaining clear floor surface area.

Assembly and preparation of goods for dispatch including building of pallets to specific requirements of the individual retailers (training will be given on this aspect).

General Warehouse and Stock duties to include:
Stock control and stocktaking.

Typing and printing of labels for pallets before distribution.

Data input of stock records and production of computer generated reports.

Waste segregation and waste control duties.

Any other duties deemed necessary by the Warehouse Floor Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

All relevant onsite training will be provided.
