As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy Warehouse in Bowburn.

About the role

Your daily tasks will involve:

Picking/despatch/returns within an e-commerce environment Stock control Use of machineries such as counterbalance forklift trucks - full training will be provided due to the use of bespoke tools General housekeeping onsite Adherence to Health and Safety regulations and company policies and procedures

About you

You will bring onboard with you your warehouse experience and strong problem solving skills, as well as your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your positive attitude will help you through your training and ability to learn and keen to develop within a growing team. Other points you would bring would be:

Forklift truck and Counterbalance licenses are desirable but not essential Ability to train and share best practices with others Experience managing stock and working to a high standard of accuracy Strong IT skills - experience working with computer systems such as WMS would be advantageous Fantastic attention to detail and good numerical skills Hardworking The job is physically demanding so you must be comfortable and confident with manual labour and using safe manual handling techniques

Hours

37.5 hours per week, 4 days a week Tuesday - Friday from 6am - 3.53pm.

The role requires a high degree of flexibility to ensure availability at key operational times. This may include a reasonable amount of additional hours to meet business needs.
