Warehouse Operative
Location: Fareham
Temp ongoing
Pay: 12.21
Hours of work: 40hrs/week
We're currently looking for reliable and hard-working General Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team. This role includes general warehouse duties as well as re-work tasks, such as re-labelling, repackaging, and quality checking returned or damaged goods.
Whether you're an experienced warehouse worker or looking to start a career in logistics, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately
- Re-work duties: re-labelling, repackaging, sorting, and quality control
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Using handheld scanners and basic warehouse systems (training provided)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not essential - full training provided
