Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

shift pattern.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Warehouse Operative

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the warehouse team in all aspects, ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout the branch.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods Adhere to all health and safety regulations Assist in conducting cycle counts, Returns & logging supplier discrepancy Communicate effectively with management & team members Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse

What we are looking for..

EXPERIENCE:

Strong warehouse experience, including safe manual handling, picking, packing, goods-in and goods-out, loading/unloading trailers, palletising, basic stock replenishment and use of warehouse equipment (pump trucks, pallet jacks). Comfortable working to tight SLAs in a fast-paced environment. A FLT license would be advantageous.

COMMUNICATION:

Clear communicator with experience liaising with supervisors, drivers, hauliers and cross-functional teams; confident in reporting issues, escalating problems, giving and receiving instructions.

ADAPTABILITY:

have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
