Warehouse Operative

to join our flagship Kirkcaldy branch.

What you'll be doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our branch operations -- keeping stock moving efficiently and customers' orders fulfilled accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

Receiving, checking, and

organising incoming deliveries

Picking, packing, and preparing orders

for customer collection and delivery

Loading and unloading

delivery vehicles safely and efficiently Assisting with

stock control, replenishment, and stock rotation

Ensuring the warehouse is kept

clean, tidy, and well-organised

at all times Supporting colleagues at the

trade counter or in logistics

when needed Using IT systems such as

Intact IQ, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook

to manage orders and inventory Acting as a

relief delivery driver

to support our in-house logistics team when required

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who's dependable, organised, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. Ideally, you'll bring:

Previous experience in a

warehouse, logistics, or distribution

environment A

strong work ethic

and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency A

positive, adaptable attitude

, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment Excellent

attention to detail

and organisational skills Confidence using IT systems, and a willingness to learn new technology A

valid UK driving licence

(advantageous for delivery cover) Experience with

electrical products or within the electrical industry

(preferred but not essential)

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
