We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to materials management and logistics. Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Manage inventory using a warehouse management system Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment Perform picking and packing of orders accurately for shipping Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring timely processing of shipments Conduct shipping and receiving tasks, verifying that all items are accounted for Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse Utilise mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance of equipment as needed

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is essential Familiarity with materials handling procedures and best practices Experience with stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, with a focus on safety Background in construction or mechanical fields is a plus
