Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This position requires physical stamina and a keen attention to detail to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Duties

To check goods for damage or missing items and assign them to relevant location. To store warehouse goods in an organised manner and rotate stock. To participate in regular stock checks as directed by the team leader and/or operations manager. To keep the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintain equipment. To treat all merchandise with care and concern at all times. Process orders on company software to ensure customer orders are fulfilled. Process social media orders on a Sunday where applicable. Pick and pack 40-50 orders per hour Follower all health and safety procedure

Skills

Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is desirable but not essential. Experience in picking, packing, and building pallets for shipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous; Helm. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: 16 per week

- Sunday 6am - 2pm - 8 hours

- Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm - 8 hours
