As a Warehouse Operative you are responsible for working with warehouse colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock and deliveries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Duties:

Receiving and unloading trucks and accurately checking goods in and storing on shelves or bins. Prepares orders by picking, packing and placing orders in delivery area or loading on vehicles. Performs deliveries to sites and clients, liaising with the Warehouse Manager to plan deliveries. Operate Counter Balance Forklift Truck Delivery driving Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times Performs regular vehicle checks and cleanliness. Ensuring Health & Safety is observed. Performing stock check counting physical inventory when required. Ensuring end-of-day warehouse security checks.
Additional duties:

Providing a professional, courteous and efficient service to visitors to the warehouse and clients on site Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and regularly attending and participating in Warehouse Team meetings Ensuring activities meet with and integrate with Company requirements to quality management, health and safety and legal stipulations Working according to Company core values, policies, procedures and productivity standards.
