IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking

Warehouse Operative

to support our hospitality supply and distribution operations across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for

goods handling, inventory control, picking and packing, and dispatch operations

, ensuring timely and accurate support to hotels and hospitality sites.


This role suits individuals with strong

warehouse operations, stock management, and health & safety awareness

in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities




Receive, check, and store

hospitality goods and supplies

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for

dispatch and delivery

Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently Maintain accurate

inventory records and stock levels

Operate warehouse equipment (pallet trucks, scanners, forklifts if certified) Follow

health & safety, food safety, and hygiene standards

Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant Support logistics and operations teams as required

Required Skills & Qualifications




Proven experience as a

Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, or Store Operative

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a

physically active role

Understanding of

warehouse processes and inventory systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications




Experience in the

hospitality, food service, or logistics industry

Forklift licence or warehouse equipment certification Familiarity with

stock control systems and barcode scanners
