Who are we looking for?

The Warehouse Operative is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.



What will you be doing day-to-day?

Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately. Pragma orders, using the Pragma processes Incoming Pragma stock, liaising with freight forwarders and manufacturers when needed Monitoring stock levels and attending weekly calls with Pragma to avoid any issues with stock availability. Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts (if certified). Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards. Assist with stock takes and inventory audits. Follow company procedures and work collaboratively with team members.

What You'll Need



Essential:



Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential). Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic numeracy and literacy. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable:



Reliable and punctual. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Safety-conscious and proactive.
