Warehouse Operative

07:30- 16:00 Mon-Thurs and 07:30-12:30 Fri

Job Purpose

In this role, you will be required to support manufacture with products through the production line to provide high quality products to internal and external customers

Role and responsibilities

Working in a small team within all sections of the yard and warehouse Forklift and side loader duties Placing mixed profiles away in locations Assisting manufacturing with stock Checking off deliveries/shortages and deficiencies Rotating section work to ensure multi skilled working and provide cover for staff absences To provide high quality standards throughout the build Ability to lift up to 25kg on own. Above this weight additional personnel will be provided as in line with Health & Safety standards Adherence to all organizational policies, management systems and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality. Work positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity. Represent the organization in a positive way as to avoid the damage of corporate image or bringing the company into disrepute. Promote and display the Epwin Core Values.

Requirements

Previous experience within a warehouse/yard environment would be an advantage, but not essential Side loader and forklift license an advantage, but not essential Proven ability to multi-task Excellent attention to detail Problem solver Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
