As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries accurately and efficiently
Putting stock away and locating parts correctly, maintaining 100% location accuracy for both new and existing items
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for despatch, ensuring the correct parts and quantities are selected every time
Serving internal and external customers at the trade counter in a professional and helpful manner
Communicating effectively with other depots and departments across the business to support smooth operations
Using computer systems for data entry and stock control, including our stock management system
Loading and unloading vehicles safely using a forklift truck (FLT)
Completing daily KPIs and contributing to team performance targets
Carrying out all work in line with work orders, ISO9001 requirements, HSEQ directives and Mitchell PowerSystems procedures and work instructions
Working safely at all times and complying with health and safety rules, regulations and the employee handbook
Supporting other site activities as required to meet business needs
Undertaking any other reasonable duties within your capability, as requested by your line manager

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Experience:
Warehouse or Logistics Environment: 2 years (required)
FLT (preferable): 1 year (preferred)
Picking and Packing: 2 years (required)
