City Plumbing is looking for an enthusiastic

DE-Kit Warehouse Operative

to join our busy team at

Omega, Warrington

. In this role, you'll refurbish, reclaim, and prepare site equipment to ensure high standards for all outbound deliveries.


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing DE-Kit operation, working with pallets, collars, lids, stillages, and waste products, with responsibilities expanding as the site develops.

What you will do on a typical day:

Refurbish and produce site equipment

, including pallets, lids, collars, and stillages, ensuring high-quality standards

Manage and prioritise daily workload

for pallet and lid construction to support operational demands

Operate compactor and baler machines safely

as part of the reclamation and waste-handling process

Record and process pallet returns

from branches accurately and efficiently.

Communicate with the team

to report availability, escalate issues, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts

Maintain a clean, safe working environment

, following all SOPs, SSOWs, and health & safety procedures

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to contribute to the team A good level of physical stamina, as this is an active, hands-on role Flexibility and adaptability to support changing operational needs and deadlines Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Previous experience in a DE-Kit or similar warehouse environment (not essential)
