Replenishment Team Member

Job Overview

Responsible for restocking and maintaining accurate inventory levels across the warehouse. Working closely with the Team Leader to ensure all stock is replenished efficiently, correctly and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Replenish pick faces and bulk locations according to demand Follow FIFO method at all times Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately in the system Complete daily replenishment checklists Perform routine quality checks on stock Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages, discrepancies or damaged stock Support with stock rotations and consolidations Assist in loading or unloading goods when required Participate in weekly and monthly stock takes Keep all aisles, racking and replenishment areas clean and safe Follow all Health and Safety procedures Attend required training sessions Support additional warehouse tasks as needed

Skills and Knowledge

Good command of English Clear written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks effectively Trustworthy and flexible Experience in replenishment, warehouse, stock control or logistics is desirable Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage

Desirable Advantage

Valid driving licence
Candidates without a driving licence will not be prioritised.

Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach licence highly beneficial)

Shift Pattern

10pm to 7am Additional day, mid and night shifts available
