Warehouse Operative - Dunstable
12.40 an hour pre 12 weeks + Overtime at 16.12 an hour for AM shifts 12.53 an hour after 12 weeks + Overtime at 16.29 an hour for AM shifts 13.64 an hour pre 12 weeks + Overtime at 17.73 an hour for Night Shift 15.16 an hour after 12 weeks + Overtime at 19.71 an hour for Night Shift Sunday and Bank Holiday premium: 18.80 an hour for AM shifts, 22.74 an hour for Night Shift Early Pay Free WiFi Subsidised Arriva bus routes Discount card after a qualifying period Weekly pay 28 days of holiday per year (rising to 38 with length of service) Onsite car park Pension scheme Employed status Personal accident insurance My Resource Rewards - access to an online portal with vouchers and discounts
Hours:
AM Shift: 06:00-14:00 Night Shift: 22:00-06:00 All shifts operate on a "5 days from 7" rota pattern.

Walk and LLOP order picking Other general warehouse duties Ongoing training opportunities (LLOP, FLT, etc.)
The ideal Warehouse Operative:
A good level of English communication Must be able to lift 15kg Warehouse experience preferred
