Job Summary

We are looking for a hard - working individual to join our busy contents cleaning and warehousing department. The successful candidate should be physically fit in order to lift and move goods.

Duties

Cleaning and final inspection of varied home contents and customers goods. Ensuring goods are cleaned to a high standard and meet customer expectations. Wrapping each item appropriately to prevent damage during vehicle transport. Driving a company vehicle to attend customers homes to remove or return their contents. Managing the flow of incoming customer goods within the warehouse and into the storage facility as required, ensuring that the available space volume is maximised. Assisting with things such as hire equipment cleaning and preparation. Accepting and stowing goods deliveries, maintaining a tidy warehouse and ergonomic work environment.

Skills / Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Full, clean driving licence is essential. Being organised and able to prioritise jobs. Being able to carry out basic data input on to a device. A good knowledge of goods handling and packing procedures is essential. Attention to detail and accuracy with tasks and quality standards is a must. Being able to complete tasks within agreed timescales.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
