Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in East London (E10 area). This is a full-time position in a fast-paced distribution environment, with an immediate start available.

You will be responsible not only for operating forklifts but also for picking goods and supporting general warehouse operations. Due to the nature of the workload, we prefer candidates who live locally in E10 or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift trucks (counterbalance or reach) safely Pick goods accurately and efficiently according to orders Load and unload vehicles Move stock to and from designated areas Record stock movements properly Assist with inventory counts and labelling Maintain a clean and organised warehouse Follow all health and safety protocols Work as part of a team to meet daily targets
Skills and Experience:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good communication and teamwork skills. (Must have English Language) Physically fit and able to lift heavy items if needed Basic understanding of warehouse operations Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Requirements:

Valid UK Forklift Licence

(RTITB or ITSSAR) Minimum 1 year warehouse experience Able to do picking and manual lifting as part of the job Reliable, punctual, and a team player Must be willing to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Education & Qualifications:

Must have completed secondary school or higher education (UK or equivalent) Candidates must have the right to work in the UK (British Citizenship, Settled Status or other valid immigration status). Valid Forklift License (B1 - RTITB or AITT) - Required*

Work Location: 4 Estate Way, London, E10 7JN or Cromwell Industrial Estate, Staffa Road, London, E10 7QZ.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday & Saturday: 09.00 AM - 6.00 PM

Wednesday - Friday:

Shift 1

: 07.30 AM - 04.30 PM

Shift 2:

10.30 AM - 07.30 PM
Salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Weekend work (Saturday or Sunday) may be required.
