Warehouse Operative

to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the accurate picking and packing of orders, maintaining stock levels, and updating our CRM system to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic logistics environment, supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. Prior warehouse experience and mechanical knowledge are advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Check, receive, and inspect stock deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy. Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control processes. Update the company CRM system with order, stock, and delivery information. Assist with warehouse organisation and cleanliness, ensuring a safe working environment. Support regular stock takes and audits. Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or operational issues. in the workplace. Handle materials safely using appropriate techniques and equipment, including forklifts when necessary Load and unload goods efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and handling heavy items as required Stock shelves and organise storage areas to optimise space utilisation and accessibility

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or order fulfilment preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic IT skills, with experience updating CRM or inventory systems. Physical ability to lift and move stock safely. Organised, proactive, and a team player.
