Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, managing stock, and ensuring the smooth operation of shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities

Handling materials through picking, packing, and stock replenishment to ensure timely order fulfilment Operating pallet trucks and other warehouse machinery safely and effectively Managing inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and locations Assisting with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading lorries Conducting quality control checks to maintain high standards of product accuracy and condition Organising stock storage areas for optimal space utilisation and accessibility Performing mechanical tasks related to equipment maintenance or troubleshooting when necessary Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations during all warehouse operations Supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency within the warehouse

Experience

Proven experience in a warehouse environment, including materials handling, picking & packing, and stock management Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment maintenance is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods Previous experience in shipping & receiving processes is desirable Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to uphold quality control standards
