Warehouse Operative - Chelmsford - Up to 30,000 per annum - Permanent, Full Time

Own transport essential due to location

We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a growing business in Chelmsford due to expansion and increased workload. This is a hands on, fast paced role suited to someone with a good work ethic and recent warehouse or fulfilment experience. You will be working as part of a team to ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining quality and accuracy across all tasks.

Duties:

Picking and packing orders accurately Carrying out quality checks Supporting production duties, including use of machinery (full training provided) Using handheld scanners and PC systems Working to production KPIs to ensure team productivity Maintaining a clean and organised work area

The applicant:

Recent experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment Backgrounds considered from retail warehouses, courier companies, manufacturing, or fulfilment centres Comfortable using handheld scanners and PC systems Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude Able to work at pace and meet productivity targets Willingness to learn and follow processes
