Main Purpose of the Role

The Warehouse Operator/Driver will play an important role in supporting the

full order fulfilment cycle

--from unloading goods inwards, storing stock, and processing orders, through to preparing goods for shipment. You will also provide support with urgent supplier and customer deliveries by driving the company van.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all Health & Safety standards are met and maintained, reporting any near misses. Receive and inspect incoming shipments safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts, pallet stackers, and other warehouse equipment (when certified). Pick, pack and prepare customer orders, ensuring goods are wrapped, banded, and labelled correctly. Drive the company van for urgent deliveries to suppliers and customers. Assist in stock counts, audits, and monitoring accessory stock levels (e.g. sockets, EC2 tubes, boomerangs). Keep warehouse areas organised, safe, and clean, following stock rotation methods. Support recycling processes for wood, metal, and cardboard. Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily targets and maintain smooth warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

Full UK

MANUAL

Licence (essential). Forklift licence (essential). Experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred, but not essential). Basic understanding of warehouse management systems. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock. A flexible team player with good communication skills.
