The Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity for someone who can:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet daily dispatch deadlines Ensure every parcel leaves the warehouse correctly labeled, well-presented, and on time Maintain a high level of attention to detail and product quality Help monitor and maintain stock levels, reporting discrepancies when they arise Work collaboratively to solve any packaging, product, or dispatch issues that could impact customer experience Pitch in on weekends or after-hours when needed -- especially during peak seasons
