Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently preparing goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Duties

Carefully select and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update stock records Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including preparing items for dispatch and verifying incoming deliveries Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of product integrity before packing Stock shelves and organise storage areas to optimise space utilisation and accessibility Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, handling goods of varying weights throughout the shift Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehousing, picking & packing, or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of materials handling procedures and mechanical equipment such as forklifts is desirable Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfilment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

Pay: 12.21-13.82 per hour
