What You'll Be Doing:



As a Picking/Packing Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our picking and packing operations for a key client. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and 3PL Supervisor to oversee daily activities, manage team performance, and help meet our operational targets. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. Organising workstations to maximise productivity and efficiency. Monitoring team performance and reviewing targets to ensure goals are met. Training and developing your team, identifying their strengths and areas for growth. Maintaining a positive work atmosphere. Communicating updates on processes and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. Conducting quality checks and providing detailed reports to the Operations Manager. Picking and packing client stock

What We're Looking For:



We value experience and skills from various backgrounds. While previous team leader experience desired, we're happy to train candidates with transferable skills. The ideal Warehouse Team Leader will have:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team. Excellent planning, time management, and organisational abilities. Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal. A good understanding of warehouse picking and packing operations and IT systems. The ability to quickly adapt and lead others through change and challenges. High attention to detail and solid numeracy skills. Thrive in a fast paced environment. Experience in a picking and packing environment.

Pay: 25,135.00 per year
