We're now looking for a Warehouse Planner to play a key role in our operations.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Support the driver in culture change using the first-choice tolls, applications and methodologies Support the shift supervisor and team by liaising with customer to support operations, agency and recruitment around specific periods of uplifted volumes. Monitor and validate the quality of the information received form the customer to assist leadership team and challenge accordingly. Ensure DHL have a robust process for efficient and effective communications, ensuring early and accurate feedback. Formulate positive and professional relationships with internal and external customers to support a confidence. Arrange cycle count sheets and resolve all stock adjustment activity accordingly while maintaining a full audit trail.

Experience in professional communications in a customer facing operation IT literate MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organisational skills Pro-Active and open to change management Excellent communicator - verbal and written
