The successful applicant will report to the Shift Leader at the Deeside Warehouse.

Tasks:

Main duties:

Actively monitor problem solve area and work on returning wrong picked items back to location. Returning and recounting over picked items to their location Be point of contact for pickers for all skipped locations/items Re-pick short picks before they end up at the pack desks Ensure all picks for next CPT are out for picking Assist shift Lead on pick chasing around every CPT Collaborating with various teams ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations
Diagnosing Operational Challenges:

Monitor warehouse operations to detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks or errors in processes
Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all solutions align with safety standards and warehouse regulations

Regular Scheduled Hours:

Mornings - 6:00am - 16:30pm Afternoons - 12:00pm - 22:30pm
Peak Schedule (Usually Nov - Dec, but can vary)

Mornings - 6:00am - 16:30pm Afternoons - 16:30pm - 03:00am
