Are you hands-on, organised, and motivated by accuracy? We're looking for a

proactive Stores Person

to become an essential part of our fast-moving, customer-focused Service Centre team. In this role, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly -- from receiving deliveries to dispatching orders -- all while making sure every customer experience reflects the premium quality of our brand.

What You'll Be Doing

Goods In

Receive and check deliveries of fitness equipment, parts, and accessories. Inspect stock for accuracy and quality, escalating any issues. Label and store items in the right place, ready for quick access.

Inventory Management

Keep stock records accurate with regular counts and reconciliations. Organise the warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility. Support with audits and investigations when needed.

Goods Out

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for smooth dispatch. Package items to brand standards, ensuring safe and secure delivery. Coordinate shipping documentation and liaise with couriers. Process returns and exchanges promptly and efficiently.

Teamwork & Customer Focus

Work closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to resolve delivery queries. Make sure every order meets brand and customer expectations. Communicate proactively about any issues that could impact timelines.

Safety & Standards

Maintain high health and safety standards at all times. Operate equipment (such as pallet trucks and forklifts, if licensed) responsibly. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.

Continuous Improvement

Suggest and support improvements to warehouse and logistics processes. Assist with ERP/WMS updates and scanning tools. Provide reliable support to the wider Operations team.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stores environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team player with great communication skills. Forklift licence (a plus, but not essential).
