Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety while contributing to our mission of supporting diverse industries with top-quality products.

Responsibilities

Prepare and send daily parcels and pallets. Prepare pallets shipments for carrier. Shrink wrapping shipments if required. Loading and unloading vehicles. Assisting the warehouse manager. Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. Implement and maintain records. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role. Ensure all goods are picked, packed, and despatched accurately and on time. People management skills. Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and health & safety regulations. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills (written and verbal). FORKLIFT DRIVING LICENCE-(Reach Truck) (required) IT-literate (experience with warehouse management systems desirable). Daily tasks - checking for damaged or missing items, moving stock around by hand and using PPT , picking and packing orders and keeping the paperwork up to date. Stock rotation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of materials handling and logistics processes. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS). Valid forklift certification is required. Excellent team management skills with a focus on training and development. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures. Mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy items safely as needed.
