We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand with a passionate community and a clear mission. Our warehouse is small but busy, supporting significant year-on-year growth. We're now looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse team.
This is a role for someone who can bring structure, consistency, and leadership to daily operations - allowing the Founder to focus more on strategy and the growth of the brand.
The Role
This is a hands-on position in a small but fast-paced environment. You'll lead from the front: supporting with picking, packing, dispatch, stock handling, and all aspects of daily warehouse work, while ensuring the team stays organised, efficient and on-task.

You'll be required occasionally to support weekend overtime during key trading periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) when needed.
We're looking for someone who can set the standard for the team, hold people accountable, and keep operations running smoothly. Reliability, punctuality and consistency are absolutely essential in this role.
