The Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead a shift team to deliver operational excellence across picking, packing, and dispatch.
You'll be responsible for safety, performance and team development, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across your shift.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support warehouse operatives to achieve KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), picking accuracy and productivity targets
Oversee day-to-day operations across goods-in, goods-out, and stock control
Conduct onboarding, one-to-ones, appraisals and ongoing staff training
Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote safe working practices
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and team performance
Collaborate with Warehouse Management and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
About You
Proven experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role
Confident and effective communicator with strong leadership and motivational skills
Holds a valid forklift licence and ideally an IOSH qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
Reliable, adaptable and committed to maintaining a high-performing, safe working environment
