We are looking for a

Warehouse Supervisor

to join our team in Cardiff, working along side our Warehouse Manager, co-ordinating the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

We are looking for someone who loves turning challenges into streamlined solutions. Creating a fun and engaging working atmosphere, whilst also striving to hit daily targets.

Duties

Working with the Warehouse Manger to oversee and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Supervise and train warehouse staff; assign workloads and monitor performance. Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly. Optimise warehouse layout and processes for maximum productivity whilst maintaining Health & Safety compliance. Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of tools and machinery. Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged goods, returns, or shipping errors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety drills.

Qualifications

2 years' experience Hold a forklift license Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
