Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill
Salary - 33,000 per year + bonus
NCF Living is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our state of the art, National Distribution Centre in Hams Hall, Coleshill. The successful candidate will be responsible for all warehouse operational and supervising requirements.
THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the loading and unloading of furniture - goods in and goods out
Assisting with the safe and efficient running of the daily operation
Overseeing order picking duties, ensuring no errors
Distributing workload to Warehouse Operatives, ensuring the smooth operation of the distribution centre
Being responsible for Warehouse paperwork - i.e. delivery notes, labels, picking sheets, etc.
Reverse Logistics - full responsibility for the returns process - checking goods, completing paperwork and liaising with Admin department.
THE PERSON
Previous warehouse supervising experience is a must
Understanding of manual handling requirements and legislation
Focused and well-organised
Physically able as there will be some heavy lifting involved
VNA licence desirable, but not essential
The role offers an immediate start for the suitable candidate.
