Lead and inspire a team to achieve daily targets in Goods In, Pick & Pack, and Dispatch. Champion
health & safety
and maintain a clean, secure warehouse environment. DriveLean practices
to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth operations. Keep quality and accuracy at the heart of everything we do.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in warehouse supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Hands-on approach with excellent organisational ability. Knowledge of warehouse systems and MS Office. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
