Job Description

Hello Molly, one of the country's fastest growing eComm companies, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to assist with the management of our growing distribution center! This role is based in Dudley - Birmingham Area .

Our ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse supervisor that will see you working closely with the Operational team to ensure service commitments are achieved. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining internal relationships and ensuring smooth operations. This role will report directly to and work closely with the Supply Chain Director.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with building and establishing a productive warehouse team Assist with overseeing Warehouse Operations including receiving stock, dispatching stock, overseeing of orders and returns management Inventory organization and management Communicating with other departments, staff groups and suppliers Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements Briefing team on the issues for that particular day Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment Initiate and implement process improvements Assist with management of couriers/transportation in terms of delivery receipt/dispatch Management of warehouse staff and casual rostering Hands-on training for newly hired warehouse staff Physically demanding -- may be required to lift up to 20kg
The perfect candidate:

Demonstrated experience in warehousing and distribution 3+ years experience in similar position

Bilingual in English/Mandarin preferred

Experience with e-commerce/fashion is preferred High-level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Experienced in managing a team Computer literate; good at troubleshooting Based in or around Dudley - Birmingham locality.
This role is available to start in July 2025. You must be based in the UK and have the rights to work in the UK. Only successful candidates will be notified.

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
