We're looking for a sharp, driven Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and help us keep pace with rapid growth. If you're hands-on, proactive, and take pride in making sure things run smoothly and efficiently, this could be the perfect next step for you.

NetXL is a fast-growing 20m wifi tech hardware supplier, shipping 25,000 units out of our warehouse each month. We power the distribution of some of the biggest networking and smart home brands, selling through our own platform and major online channels. Our customers get next-day delivery, a slick buying experience, and even a personal video of their order being packed. Why? Because we care about doing things properly.

What you'll be doing:

You'll lead our core fulfilment team, making sure every order is picked, packed, and shipped quickly, accurately, and on time.

Supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient fulfilment Joining in hands-on when needed, leading by example and keeping the team motivated Ensuring daily targets and KPIs are met across all warehouse functions Managing restocks, deliveries, and stock takes Spotting and solving problems before they become issues Helping us continually improve processes and performance
