WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Drive your team to deliver accurate, on-time order fulfilment.

- Lead daily briefings and keep the Warehouse Manager updated.

- Monitor productivity and support KPI delivery.

- Audit work areas and uphold championship standards.

- Coordinate with Sales and other departments on priority orders.

- Support training, 1:1s, and staff development.

- Authorise leave and manage team capacity with confidence.

- Lead by example - every shift, every order.

Monday to Friday - 09:15 to 17:30hrs (30-minute unpaid break)
