Romac Logistics is looking for a proactive Warehouse Systems Specialist to support and develop our Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS across multiple operational sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring our teams are fully supported, processes are optimised, and our systems evolve in line with business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for WMS user queries and system issues

Configure Blue Yonder WMS settings and assist with new site rollouts

Deliver hands-on training to warehouse and operational teams

Work closely with IT and Operations to maintain accurate inventory, rotation, and loading processes

Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and system utilisation

Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials

Support integration projects between WMS, TMS, and EDI platforms

Skills and Experience:

Experience with a Warehouse Management System (Blue Yonder preferred)

Background in warehouse operations such as picking, storage, and inventory management

Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence configuring system settings

Ability to train, support, and communicate effectively with end users

Good Excel skills and comfort working with data
