?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded Training colleagues on specific processes and tasks so that they are fully aware of standards and best practices Monitoring performance of team members and delivering reviews. To reconcile stock levels within the Warehouse against delivery and pick of each item Lead, motivate and encourage team members to consistently produce maximum levels of performance. Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to offenders Monitoring and reporting any security concerns to Security Manager (DHL/HMPS) Compliance to all work instructions Working in compliance to HMP rules and regulations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

A flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude Excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy A good understanding of operational processes Able to communicate at all levels Warehouse experience Previously managed a team

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

Be able to provide five years address history Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character) Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
