Job Description

Warehouse Team leader - Uneek National Distribution Centre - Talbot Green

Monday - Friday - 11am - 20:00pm, also 1 in 4 Sundays (Not in salary - extra hrs) 10am - 16.30pm.

If you are an experienced warehouse team leader or a co-ordinator of a warehouse environment and are looking for the next move. Are wanting to become an integral part of a fast-moving warehouse environment, then we would be keen to hear from you.

The role is to assist the depot supervisors in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment. Responsible for the day-to-day activity within warehouse functions. Goods- in, picking, dispatching and on occasion stepping up to cover supervisory roles.

General Task - Overview

Goods In/Check desk - managing processes and team Maintaining depot standards - Hygiene, Picking, Productivity, Accuracy Man-management qualities able to influence and converse with staff Able to actively deliver depot targets - Racks, working area, dispatch bays
Communication

Liaise with stakeholders within the warehouse across all departments
Personal qualities

Resilient, assertive, optimistic, and open to change High levels of motivation, enthusiastic, and action orientated Good work ethic all round Attention to detail, adheres by the warehouse processes and standards
Qualifications and Experience Levels

Essential

Experience as team leader or working towards level of Supervisor/Team leader in warehouse environment Hands-on approach - when required Proven team management and team working, leading from front
Desirable

Proven track record of problem solving Have experience with Microsoft office suite and WMS. 1 year - experience of working in warehouse at Team leader/Co-ordination role or similar MHE experience - Reach/CBalance/PPT
