Permanent, Full-time. Monday to Friday, variable shifts between 7am - 6pm

The Role



As a

Warehouse Team Leader

, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality operation of our warehouse. You'll lead a team of operatives, oversee vehicle loading and returns, manage stock replenishment, and help maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and supervise warehouse operatives Oversee the processing of returns and manage waste/recycling Coordinate stock replenishment and ensure timely vehicle loading Conduct shift handovers and liaise with other teams Monitor team performance, providing coaching as needed Complete accurate records for deliveries, returns, and stock issues Conduct stock counts and support the annual stock take Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness in line with FRC standards Support and mentor volunteer workers

Skills and Experience:



At least 3 years' experience in warehouse operations Confidence using warehouse management systems and handheld tech Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift and move furniture safely A calm, solutions-focused mindset with strong team leadership skills A respectful, empathetic approach towards colleagues and customers Manual Handling (essential) FLT Licence (desirable) Banksman Training / IOSH (desirable)
