Warehouse / Trade Counter Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse/ Trade Counter Manager to oversee our entire warehouse operation, from goods-in to dispatch. This crucial role will ensure seamless material flow, maintain optimal inventory, and develop our warehouse and trade counter team, directly supporting our continued growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Warehouse Operations: Oversee all aspects of our busy warehouse, including efficient receiving, storage, accurate inventory management, and timely dispatch of goods. Manage Our Trade Counter: Actively run and manage our trade counter, ensuring excellent service for all walk-in clients and seamless coordination with warehouse activities. Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and motivate our warehouse team, fostering a productive, safe, and positive working environment. Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to continuously optimize warehouse procedures, enhance accuracy, and control costs. Logistics & Compliance: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinate with shipping partners, and ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in warehouse management, including team leadership. Strong understanding and practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control. Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication. Valid forklift licenses. A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

8am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Annual Leave:

28 days including Bank Holidays
