Verdant began life in 2014 when homebrewers Adam, James, and Rich teamed up to brew the bold, US-inspired beers they couldn't find locally. Our Warehouse & Web Shop team is the engine that gets Verdant beer from brewery to customer. As
Warehouse & Web Shop Assistant Manager
, you'll be right in the thick of it - overseeing online orders, keeping stock moving, and making sure every box that leaves our site is packed with the same care that goes into our beer.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone organised, energetic, and passionate about beer to step into a key role in a growing brewery.
What you'll be doing
Leading the
picking, packing, and order-building process
Handling
logistics
(DPD procedures, national/local orders, collections)
Preparing for the next day: pallet consolidating, box making, merchandise processing
Overseeing
stock control, rotation, and reporting
Using
e-commerce platforms
(Zenstores & Shopify)
Delivering excellent
customer service
via email & order support
Keeping the Web Shop area clean, organised, and efficient
Working closely with the Web Shop Manager to streamline workflows
What we're looking for
A passion for craft beer (bonus points if you already know your IPAs from your DIPAs!)
Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
Comfortable using IT systems and learning new platforms
A positive team player who can work to deadlines
Clear and consistent communicator
Based in Cornwall or open to relocating
