The Role
We are seeking a Warranty Administrator with a keen eye for detail to join Brayleys Cars Limited's Kia dealerships, covering Dunstable and Harpenden. It's a fast-paced environment where you will be reporting to the Aftersales Manager. You'll be putting your people skills to great use by guiding our customers through their service experience and ensuring they are pleased at every step.
You'll be joining an expanding business that represents Honda Passenger Cars, Honda Motorcycles, Nissan, KIA, Mazda, Hyundai, Renault, Dacia and Suzuki across London, The Home Counties, The Thames Valley, The West Midlands and the Greater Manchester area.
Unusually for our industry, the structure and workflows across our businesses mean that we can offer this role with NO REQUIRMENT FOR WEEKEND WORKING.

With NO REQUIREMENT FOR WEEKEND WORKING, what does a typical weekday look like for Warranty Administrator?
As part of our Aftersales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of all warranty claims. You'll act as the vital link between the workshop, manufacturer, and customer, ensuring all warranty processes are completed accurately, on time, and in line with manufacturer guidelines. Day-to-day, you will;
Accurately process and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer within required deadlines.
Liaise with workshop, service, and parts departments to gather all necessary information for claim submissions.
Monitor claim progress and resolve any queries or rejections promptly and effectively.
Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty work carried out, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
Support the service team by handling customer enquiries related to warranty coverage, ensuring a professional and transparent experience.
Identify potential areas for process improvement to maximise claim efficiency and recoverable costs.
Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations
