Job Description
LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team based at our dealership in Macclesfield. As a Warranty Administrator, you will oversee the warranty processes for our vehicles, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and accurately. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction by managing warranty documentation and supplier communications effectively.
Hours 40
Salary 30,666
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately processing warranty claims for vehicle repairs and services
Reviewing claims to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines
Maintaining communication with both customers and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
Keeping comprehensive records of all transactions and claims
Assisting in the training of staff on warranty procedures and policies
Staying informed on new warranty regulations and applying them accordingly
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive sector A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills The capacity to work collaboratively with a team Familiarity with warranty management software and systems
