Key Responsibilities:
Accurately processing warranty claims for vehicle repairs and services
Reviewing claims to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines
Maintaining communication with both customers and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
Keeping comprehensive records of all transactions and claims
Assisting in the training of staff on warranty procedures and policies
Staying informed on new warranty regulations and applying them accordingly
