At Murray Volkswagen we are looking for a Part-Time Warranty Administrator to support our busy Service Department. This is a specialist, accuracy-driven role, ideal for someone with motor trade experience who enjoys working with systems, processes, and detailed documentation.

You'll play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed correctly and efficiently, supporting both our technicians and Aftersales Manager while protecting the dealership's financial performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

Processing manufacturer warranty claims in line with Volkswagen standards Accurately inputting and validating data across manufacturer and internal systems Managing warranty parts - including retention, storage, tracking, and returns Preparing invoices, documentation, and audit-ready records Producing daily and periodic warranty reports for the Aftersales Manager Liaising closely with technicians, service advisors, and management to resolve queries Ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in warranty administration within the motor trade is desirable Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and confidence using dealer management systems A methodical, organised approach with the ability to manage detailed, repetitive tasks The ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical teams Reliability, consistency, and pride in getting things right first time
