Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Review and verify warranty claims against manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims, including tracking status and outcomes.
- Analyse warranty data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports on warranty claims, costs, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper handling of warranty-related repairs and services.
- Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in training and supporting new team members on warranty processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warranty administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
